Start the year out “wife-friendly” with a few new KITCHEN tools! Totally worth the hard earned wife cash!
1) A Steel Frame Dish-rack from Simplehuman.com! This handy dandy dish-rack does more than just keep your freshly washed dishes organized, it is an essential kitchen tool!
2) A KitchenAid Mixer! This wife will never, never go back to the hand-held mixer! A KitchenAid WIFE for life! Although this sweet wife tool may put a small damper on your cash flow, worth every penny! Did I mention there are oodles of cool wife colors to choose from (everyone loves a color coordinated wife kitchen)!
3) Although all wives are very smart, sometimes little tools really help make things easy! This wife adores kitchen charts! The Measuring Magnet from Wrapables.com is perfect for your fridge!
4) Sisscors are great for wife crafting, but even handier in the kitchen. Great for trimming meat and snipping veggies, my favorite pair is from Rachael Ray (you can find them on the Food Network). BUY TWO! One for meats, one for veggies!
5) Every wife needs a little fun in her kitchen; not to mention an inexpensive tool that will help you from burning those cookies you just knew you would remember These adorable little timers are perfect!
TURKEY DAY TIP #1: The Kind of TURKEY
So…it is possible you might be saying to your wifeself, “what kind of turkey do I get?” From one wife to another, let me make a recommendation, a Butterball TURKEY! A butterball is always so juicy and always looks delicious. Even better, the Butterball website is FULL (and I mean FULL) of helpful hints! They will help you make your first WIFE Turkey dinner look like you have done it a 1000 times!

Another GREAT tool (which is something this wife has used personally) is there Butterball Checklist! Print it off, hang it on your fridge and let it guide you to your perfect meal!

Although it may be hard to believe, but Thanksgiving is only 20 DAYS AWAY! This wife is busy busy planning the perfect Thanksgiving Feast and of course I will share all the goody wifey details; and not just any details 20 DAYS of wonderful wife turkey delight! Your hubby will be so impresses!
So the TURKEY countdown begins; and here are three things you should do first.
1) If you plan on eating a turkey, then ORDER your Turkey! Many grocery stores or specialty meat stores will allow you to order in advance to assure you get a fresh turkey (at your requested number of pounds).
2) Plan your wondeful menu. If you know what you plan to serve in advance you can start watching the ads and cutting coupons. You can buy up on things like green beans or potatoes or corn! So not only will you have a wonderful wifey dinner, you will have one that didn’t break the wife bank (which means you can buy a new pair of wife shoes for this big special occasion
